Any cheap but memorable hen do ideas? Jul 27th 2013, 06:00 A reader has been charged with organising a friend's bash, but wants to avoid asking people to pay too much Every week a Guardian Money reader submits a question, and it's up to you to help him or her out – a selection of the best answers will appear in next Saturday's paper. This week's question I've just had to spend a ridiculous £400 going to a friend's weekend hen do in Norfolk. Now I am in charge of organising another one. How can I make it a fun and memorable weekend without it costing the earth? I'm loath to ask anyone to shell out more than £150 a head. What are your thoughts?
