Groupama Reduces its Stake in Societe Generale Dec 31st 2012, 12:03 French insurance group Groupama has reduced its direct and indirect shareholding in French banking group Societe Generale (GLE.FR) and now controls 2.84% of the bank's capital and 4.86% of its voting rights, according to a filing with French financial markets supervisor Autorite des Marches Financiers Monday.
