Global stocks rally on Bernanke, economic data Feb 27th 2013, 20:01 NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stocks rallied for a second day on Wednesday as Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke reaffirmed his strong support for the Fed's stimulus efforts, while the euro edged up after solid demand at an auction of Italian government debt.
