BP, Partners Proceed With Appraisal Program on UK Clair Oil Field Mar 28th 2013, 00:15 BP PLC (BP, BP.LN) and its partners Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA, RDSB.LN), ConocoPhillips (COP) and Chevron Corp. (CVX) said Thursday they are proceeding with a two-year appraisal program to evaluate the possibility of developing a third phase of the giant Clair field, west of the Shetland Islands.
