A reader without children regularly has a sister's toddler to stay, but the house isn't child-proof
Every week a Guardian Money reader submits a question, and it's up to you to help him or her out – a selection of the best answers will appear in next Saturday's paper.
This week's question
My sister and her 18-month-old toddler regularly come to stay. We don't have children, and our house is full of glass tables, sharp corners and unlockable cupboards. Are corner protectors, stairgates etc worth it or a waste of money? How do we best protect them – and our stuff?
What are your thoughts?
