Indonesia's key index falls 4.5 percent to lowest since Sept 2012 Aug 20th 2013, 04:17 BANGKOK (Reuters) - Indonesia's benchmark stock index fell 4.5 percent to 4,117, the lowest level since September 2012 on Tuesday, extending a 5.6 percent drop the previous session.
