Nikkei share average opens up 0.84 percent Aug 30th 2013, 00:24 TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan's benchmark Nikkei average opened up 0.84 percent at 13,573.24 on Friday, while the broader Topix gained 0.69 percent to 1,124.26.
