Rupiah at new four-year low; Asia FX down for week Aug 23rd 2013, 06:18 SINGAPORE (Reuters) - The Indonesian rupiah hit a fresh four-year low on Friday, set to see its worst week in more than five years as most emerging Asian currencies stayed on course to post weekly losses.
